Flooding From Excessive Rain

This customer was involved in the August 2016 flooding in Louisiana that affected Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. Due to the excessive amounts of rain that stayed in the area for days, rivers, creeks and drainage lines overflowed causing major water losses throughout the area. SERVPRO called on SERVPRO of Tyler for assistance during this time. Upon our arrival to the customer’s home, flood waters had receded leaving the structural materials saturated with water, and debris throughout the flooring. Our crew was able to demo the home, dry the structure, and prepare the home for reconstruction.
